		<description>First aid courses are a must. 
Personally i think they should be part of a s schools curriculum, then every child would have the basic skills to help in an emergency. Not only would it give the child an essential experience but it would help save lives.</description>

Thanks for your comment! Focusing on what weight you will be doesn&#039;t work in my experience, because of the tendency to get fixated on a number. I have been ten pounds lighter on the scale than I am now through dieting, but I&#039;ve never been able to maintain it for very long. With a lifestyle change like becoming vegan, the body will lose weight fairly regularly and then will stop and maintain that weight naturally. I do not see much point in trying to force my weight below this if my blood tests tell me I am in good health. I think a better goal is to begin with a blood work up and if the blood pressure or blood glucose is high, make it your goal to have normal readings.</description>
